Basic Services:

Design: Our design team will work with you to select or design the perfect ice pieces for your event or everyday use. Need a prototype to present to a prospective client? Let us help.

Delivery/Shipping: Most local deliveries are available at no charge. Deliveries outside of the local service area may incur a nominal delivery charge. All orders can be packed in our insulated containers for long distance shipping at an additional charge. The network Ice Occasions Dealers, allow us to ship from the nearest location to your business/event, thus avoiding excessive freight charges.

Set-up /Tear Down: Set-up and tear down services are available for all orders. Charges for this service are based upon number and size of pieces ordered and wait time on site. Please note that many small, single piece set-ups are done at no additional charge.

Misc./Links/Etc.:

Lighted Tables: What a spectacular sight a room full of lighted tables can provide. Our friends at Neon USA can provide the ultimate in theme décor, neon table tops, and more.

Display Equipment (Sales and Rentals): Ice Occasions is an authorized distributor of “Glo-Ice®" trays and light boxes. "Glo Ice®" trays will truly enhance any buffet or ice sculpture presentation. The addition of a light box will provide a glowing appeal to your food or ice presentation.
